Ha-Yeon Lee, the senior counsel at HANSUNG Intellectual Property received B.S. degree from Soongsil University, and is an expert in the IP field with lots of work experiences from Examination Division of KIPO, Patent Court, Industrial Property Tribunal and Korea Intellectual Property Office. Mr. Lee's work experience includes patent examination of chemistry related fields, Also, Mr. Lee assisted judges of the Patent Court in litigation for cancellation of trial decision and retired as from Examination Division of KIPO as Director in April of 2011.

After retirement, he established Nara Patent &Law Office and the office merged with HANSUNG Intellectual Property in October, 2011.

Since July, 2019, I have worked for New Korea PATENT & LAW FIRM.
