Mr. Inje Cho had served as an examiner and trial judge of KIPO and adheres to the highest standard of legal excellence for our clients by his experience in dealing with more than 2,000 cases.
Especially, Mr. Cho contributed the protection of Korean enterprise by invalidating the patent of multinational cooperation which sued the Korean enterprise for damages reaching ten billions won.
